Business Development Manager (BDM) |

| Responsibilities: |
Responsible for identifying, forecasting
and attaining sales revenue within a pre-assigned territory.
This includes both direct sales and the development of potential
partnerships in our area of coverage. BDMs are responsible
for all aspects of sales and account management. This includes
prospecting, qualifying and closing sales as well as coordinating
all required resources to respond to complex requirements and
sales situations. Effective management of territory and accurate
reporting of sales forecasts and opportunity status are required. |

| Qualifications: |
BA, BS or equivalent. Five years relevant experience with
at least 2 in the networking market. Demonstrated track record
of successful solution selling in a complex, high technology
environment. Experience with both direct and channel sales
preferred. |
Systems Engineering |
| Locations: |
Irvine, California |
| Responsibilities: |
Perform in-house and on-site installation on
Axcent Solutions products and services as well as product support.
Assist Business Development Managers by providing pre- and
post-sales technical support to clients. Work with sales to
architect technology-based solutions which best address customers'
needs. |

| Qualifications: |
MCSE, CCA, or CCEA is required. Bachelor's degree in Math,
Physics, Computer Science or Engineering is a plus. Three-year
minimum with reseller or principal vendor is highly desirable.
Technical background in thin client and server-based computing
technologies, networking, IP, security and system administration
is required. Microsoft products background is a plus. A strong track
record of outstanding sales support, and b verbal and written
communication skills is a must. |
Customer Service |

| Responsibilities: |
Candidate must possess strong communication skills
both written and oral. A great upbeat personality is a must!
In this position you will handle 65% of inbound calls for our
staff. Clear enunciation is very important. Our customer service
agents provide telephone and email support to our registered
clients who have purchased annual support programs. You must
be able to effectively log customer problems, communicate and
guide through to completion. In addition, this position requires
data entry and administrative duties such as faxing, filing
and compiling research. The right candidate must be flexible,
dedicated and outgoing to work in this fast paced environment. |

| Qualifications: |
We are a results driven company that thrives on technological
advances. Our customer service representatives provide organization
for all support related activity. You must be familiar with
the Internet including browser and email applications. Candidates
should also have a basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
Basic Act knowledge is a plus, although not necessary.
