Secure24™ is the first affordable, comprehensive security review
for today’s businesses. It meets required industry security
due diligence measures by providing an independent, non-biased review

Recover24™
Recover24™ is a thorough business continuity assessment for

CitrixMP™
CitrixMP™ is the easiest and most affordable solution for environments

CitrixMP™ provides system administrators with 8 AM to 5 PM
(M-F) telephone support for mission critical server-based computing
environments by fully trained and certified Citrix engineers. An
onsite inspection of your Citrix environment is required prior to
purchasing this offering.
Advantage™
Axcent’s Advantage program is an annual, comprehensive support
program that supplements your existing IT systems personnel. This
coverage can be used both by phone and scheduled on site visits by
our any of our certified systems engineers. Advantage™ provides
a critical “safety net” for a wide range of technologies
including server-based computing, directory services, networking,
security and storage. This program provides the flexibility to be
used for reactive engagements or proactive projects.
AdvantagePlus™
AdvantagePlus provides all the features and benefits of the Advantage
program and includes a customizable preventive maintenance approach.
This program provides companies with a comprehensive checklist for
maintaining complex IT systems and provides a roadmap for the health
and overall stability of your systems. Often used for staff augmentation,
AdvantagePlus™ ensures that all vital management functions
are getting done on a regular basis thereby decreasing costly system
downtime.

Our team of engineers will provide help desk support with escalation
for pre-qualified customers. All support will be predicated with
an onsite Initial Systems Review (ISR). The review will be documented
and remain on file to provide Axcent Solutions a fundamental understanding
