CitrixMP™ is the easiest and most affordable solution for environments that deploy Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server. Axcent’s CitrixMP™ provides system administrators with 8 AM to 5 PM (M-F) telephone support for mission critical server-based computing environments by fully trained and certified Citrix engineers. An onsite inspection of your Citrix environment is required prior to purchasing this offering.

This coverage can be used both by phone and scheduled on site visits by our any of our certified systems engineers. All support will be predicated with an onsite Initial Systems Review (ISR). The review will be documented and remain on file to provide Axcent Solutions a fundamental understanding of the customers computing environment.
